Season Ticket Renewal Campaign A Success!
The DSO depends on this two week campaign and we were able to greatly exceed their expectations! Once again volunteers for the Dallas Symphony Association had a unique opportunity to support its world class orchestra. For two weeks starting February 25, the League operated a phone bank at the Meyerson filled with volunteers from the Symphony League, the Innovators and Elan Circle. Working together with the goal of filling every seat in the Meyerson, these volunteers called current symphony subscribers to help them renew their seats for next year. Callers worked morning shifts and evening shifts. Prizes were won by callers for participation and, at the upcoming wrap up party, they will be awarded prizes on the number of renewals they brought in.
Thanks go to Season Tickets Chairman Susan Fisk who did a wonderful job of organizing this huge project. Thanks also go to those who brought food and refreshments and donated prizes for the daily drawings.
